This past week

We came home from the beach and went straight to the first street dance of the year. I was able to capture a few shots of the boy enjoying it.  Earlier this week some of our friends came buy and hung out one evening. 

Sunset Beach

Sunset beach NC 2012. We where invited to spend a week with some of my wifes family and enjoyed a lovely week with them. I was extra excited to use my new camera a Nikon D800. I am amazed shot after shot at how well the camera functions. The only down side is my editing time being 3 times as long due to the file size! Here are some of my favorite shots from the week.

Habitat For Humanity Benefit Auction

I had the pleasure of being at Haywood County's first annual Habitat for Humanity benefit auction. The venue was located at Apple Hill Farms, a wonderful little place tucked back into Plot Creek. Food was sponsored by several local restaurants and the food prepared was donated by local farms. All of the items auctioned where donated by local crafters.
